A different way to play a trap zone out of a 3 man cup

1 Set up in a regular 3 man cup 2 Disc gets swung from 3 to 4 (to the sideline that you are forcing) 3 Call out the trap and assume positions. 1 on defense is covering all dump throws (mainly 3). 2 is stopping the big cross field throw from 4 to 1. 5 is playing man(ish) defense on 6. 6 covers all upfield throws.
